ABOUT OUR DOCTORSDrs Brian Johnson, Jeff Almand and James O'Mara are board certified and fellowship trained in the treatment of arthritic conditions of both the knees and hips. Our practice is limited to the treatment of diseases of the hip and knee. We see an average of 1200 patients in the clinic and perform over 1100 hip and knee surgeries every year. We specialize in minimally invasive, muscle sparing computer navigated partial knee replacement and total knee replacement surgery as well as computer navigated hip resurfacing and total hip replacement surgery. We also specialize in revision hip and knee replacement surgery. Our multi-modal approach to peri-operative pain control ensures little or no postoperative pain. This approach maximizes a patient's rehabilitation potential and minimizes the postoperative hospital stay as well as postoperative complications so that our patients can resume a normal happy life. Our Mission Statement: To abide by the Hippocratic Oath and provide our patients with the best service we can. We remain very strong patient advocates and are committed to upholding the highest medical and ethical standards for the profession. Consistent with the standards, we are committed to providing our patients with information about medical risks and accurate medical facts which patients need to make informed decisions about their healthcare and we respect their privacy. We attempt to provide information about other medical resources when we believe it is beneficial to the patients care. This is the essence of our beliefs in the practice of medicine and in particular the specialty of joint replacement surgery. Our mission is to attempt to alleviate pain and suffering for patients afflicted with arthritis and similar joint diseases. To that end, we will utilize and help develop new technologies to improve the care of patients with those diseases. |
